Awakening to the Spirit of the Father (AKA The Spirit of God, The Indwelling Spirit)

Awakening to the Spirit of the Father (AKA The Spirit of God, The Indwelling Spirit)

I do want to share with you part of my journey into this writing.  Two years and a half ago, I started to write my second book Unity of Thought.    A few days ago, and only one chapter away from completion, I had an insight as I sat to meditate that was more like a guidance, directing me to relate all the knowledge I had acquired through my many decades of study and reflection, to the Kingdom of God and to write three additional books, one of which is this book.

After the initial shock, I started  studying, making the connections, and writing.

Understanding  the concept of the Spirit of the Father with all  its connotations has been the most challenging, albeit, the most  thrilling, inspiring, and transformational experience of my life.  Putting the concept and all that I have learned in the context of the Kingdom of God has been the crowning  glory of all my decades of research, study, and reflection. I have come  full circle from that day I had my first near-death experience at the  age of seven that jumped-started my interest in the afterlife and had me  asking questions incessantly. In my quest for greater understanding, I have no doubt  that I have been guided by my Indwelling Spirit and the Spirit of Truth.  The journey has not been easy but through my own efforts and their  loving ministry I have gained an enlarged perspective of eternal  realities that thrills my soul. Such an enlarged spiritual vision not  only answers, in a consistent, eloquent, and comprehensive manner, all  the questions I have had through the years about God and the universe,  but it also provides me with a sound foundation to learn and be even  more.

Today,  I consider myself to be a lay theologian, someone who for more than  half her life has critically studied and evaluated her  beliefs.  Today, I  am blessed to be able to understand and explain God, in ways I only once  dreamed of.
